Koshari was so delicious, I got cold karkadeh(hibiscus) and rice pudding both were very satisfying and not sugary, everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

A Veggie Dream Come True!
Im originally from Toronto and grew up with amazing Middle Eastern food, so I wasnt sure anything in Seattle would compare, but Kashori completely impressed me.
The pita is unreal: soft, fluffy, and absolutely perfect. Honestly, Id go back just for that. The falafel was also incredible, crispy, tender, and super flavorful. Best Ive had in Seattle so far.
The menu is fully vegetarian and everything tasted fresh and well made. Id love to see manakeesh with zaatar added someday, but even without it, this place is a winner. Cant wait to go back!

Had a wonderful experience eating here for the first time! The owners are so kind and sweet. I had their house special dish with lentils, pasta, chickpeas, rice, and crispy onions. It was delicious, filling, and made for great leftovers. They opened in the Fall and are a couple blocks off Market. Highly recommend this spot!

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with this place. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the kindest smiles, the owners are genuinely some of the warmest, sweetest people weve ever met. You can feel the love they put into everything, and it really shows in the food. We had the koshari, fattet hummus, foul and makdous, they were all out of this world. So flavorful, comforting, and satisfying. It felt like a taste of home, even though it was our first time. Already talking about coming back and trying more things. Such a special spot❤️
