This guy is a complete joke, heres a bit of things he does(and in different times):
1- you ask for 2 pounds, he gives you 4! (Not free for sue).
2- you complain about something that wasnt good the last time, he apologize and give it to you again without you asking about it, and turns out to be worse than the last time!
3- you call him to ask if he has good raw meat , he says yes theyre from today, and you go to him , he says its from yesterday, and after you try them, you know that you cant eat them raw!
In conclusion, just be careful when you buy from him.

I asked for sheep liver and sheep heart. I paid $178, only to come home and find out that he didnt give me what I ordered. Instead, he gave me cow liver and cow kidneys, and the scraps of God knows what. I dont recommend this place because they are dishonest. Not ever going back.
