Mr. Walid wasn’t able to get the hotels in Medina so he upgraded to us to the executive sweet at no extra charge because he is a man of his word. Mr. Walid likes to make sure that the customer is happy and I can verify that he went above and beyond for me. Mr. Walid walked me through the whole process from arriving at the airport to returning to the US even before I left for the trip. This was excellent for me to understand how the system works. 1) Patient: he honored very last minute requests from me to be included in the trip less than 1 week short of the departure date and honored multiple requests on my behalf to adjust dates and custom requests. He worked sometimes during our bus ride to Mecca ensure he was able to support everyone to complete their Umrah successfully. He totally took away the burden of thinking of the arrangements and allowed us to focus on the Ibada

2) Attention to detail: Brother Walid thought about a lot of details from the material of the women’s abayas to the comfort in accommodations and distance to the haram when booking hotels and travel arrangements. He was also receptive in listening to us openly when we offered suggestions about what could be improved.

3) Planned sufficient rest and programs to create a fulfilling experience. We had time to go to the Museum, Uhud, Masjid Quba, Arafa etc.

On top of it, he offered us discounts and provided a great value for the money we put in.
