I was visiting NYC with my family and we decided to stop here to grab some pastries. Omg, the brioche donuts and croissants are to die for. Perfectly made and beyond delicious. The coffee was amazing too. Ill definitely be back on my next visit.

Disgusting behavior by Sergio and Darnell. They were very unprofessional and rude to go up to a customer and blame her of “stealing” one of their display breads when she spent over $30 at this place. She asked for a refund and they refused, when it’s the least they can do after treating her this way. Check your cameras before you go making accusations about a paying customer. Don’t go here.

Darnell and the other employee on duty 6/24/25 @ around 7 pm these employees accused my friend of stealing a loaf of 6 month old display bread and consuming it, after paying 26 dollars for her food and drink. The entire thing streamed live on YouTube, nothing was stolen, and she consumed only what she paid for. This was fully discrimination.

I witnessed something highly disappointing at this establishment today. The two male employees falsely accused a paying customer of stealing a piece of display bread, which was false. They publicly humiliated a paying customer and spoke to her very disrespectfully. I will never support this establishment again.I would also like to add that they have a camera overlooking the counter so they can easily review the camera footage and see that she never stole anything. The two men who were working 6/24 need to be fired for their disgusting behavior,

Dont come here unless you want to get discriminated and accused of stealing an old display pastry. Its a horrible feeling that I was eating a muffin I paid for, and a worker comes up to me saying that they seen me eating the old display bread. Why would i steal a display pastry, when i just spent $30 on a drink and pastries. I was literally eating a muffin that I paid for and they assumed i stole the display pastry. They clearly profile you and discriminate on how you look. I wouldnt recommend anyone to come into a place that discriminates on appearance.
It was the caucasian guy who accused me of stealing, both him and the supervisor had horrible attitudes. This accusation made me feel so uncomfortable

Very disturbing and inappropriate for a worker to accuse a customer of stealing display bread, when the worker had no concrete evidence for his accusation. 0/10 Stars!

One of my favorite places to get my coffee in the mornings before work. The syrups are house made and delicious, i highly recommend the butter caramel one. So good and pretty affordable compared to other coffee shops in the area. The pastries are also delicious especially the brownies. But most of all the energy is so amazing, the staff are always super sweet and have great energy! Highly recommend.
