The guy at the register is the most illiterate person and very abusive. The previous owners were really good and we have been buying from them for 6-7 years. But the current owner who sits at the register is the craziest person, I have been ignoring but now I felt the need to leave a review. Last week my wife went there and was looking for an item and this register guy walked up to her and blamed her for stealing something and forced her to open the bag and show him. She got scared and showed him the bag and he looked into it and of course found nothing and walked away without even apologizing. She was traumatized. We’re never going to this place again.

Worse customer service ever!!! My son needed bones for his biology class. They charged me for one pound. And they wanted cash only. When we went to get cash, they said they are closed. Although online it says they are closed at 6:30. This place stinks so bad! I would never buy my groceries from this disgusting place.

Hate to write negative reviews especially for Muslim businesses, but my only intention is that maybe these negative reviews can be a means for them to mend their ways. From a very unpleasant customer service to the shop being almost always closed to our face, I try to avoid this shop as much as I can. This may be the closest Halal meat shop but Id rather drive an extra 10 minutes and go to other certified Halal meat shops in Fremont where you at least come out as a happy customer.

Not surprised at all to see the negative reviews. The owner is an extremely rude person. I was there on business, said salaam, introduced myself and my intentions for visiting, handed him a business card. He was extremely dismissive, and then after a few minutes proceeded to kick me out of his store.
I even asked him what did I do? and he simply said nothing. I thought perhaps he doesnt like non-customers, but some of these reviews are from paying customers who were treated quite badly by him as well.
My guess is hes another arrogant Arab with a superiority complex who looks down on non-Arabs, Muslim or not. If youre Pakistani/Afghan/Turkish etc, just go spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I wish my company would drop his business too because he is a nasty horrible human being. I didnt say that to him though, I simply said:
may Allah bless you, Ill make dua for you brother, if this is how you treat a fellow Muslim and went about my way. No time for that nonsense. Buyer beware!

Dont come here. Owner that is literally a goth depressed guy literally kicked us out of the store when they were open because he didnt want to assist us . Also their turkey is old and moldy. Everything is expired.
