Ordered from Uber eats and got the wrong item, I ordered a chicken over and rice and got something completely different, Bad customer service and didnt pick up the phone after I tried 4 different times.

Good halal spot for a quick meal. Walked in and ordered at the kiosk that was easy to use with plenty of options on how youd like your platter prepared. Got my order within two minutes of paying. Food was tasty, fresh, and was well sized portion for the price. The Halal spots serving meat and rice on a platter are everywhere these days, this is one of the places to consider above the others.

Where do I even begin? If I wanted a culinary experience that felt like a punishment, I could’ve just eaten a shoe. The food was a sad excuse for a mealI’ve had frozen dinners with more personality. The “steak” I ordered was so tough, I thought I might need a chainsaw. And don’t get me started on the mashed potatoesthey were like glue, but with less flavor.
The service was even worse. Our waiter seemed to have mastered the art of ignoring us. At one point, I thought he might be a figment of my imagination because he was more absent than a ghost. The ambiance was well, let’s just say I’ve been to hospitals with better lighting.

I really like the food here. As someone leaning vegan it’s easy to get a vegan meal here that tastes great! For Halal, the price is reasonable.
The big chain halal in this area does not compare.
The customer service here is also excellent. Even when making a mistake on my order they handle the situation gracefully and politely.
I eat here any chance I get.
Update:
Mursal has been super nice. I haven’t been to this location in a while but now that I have a client that is nearby, this will once again be a go-to. New booths are a solid upgrade and the food remains as good as it’s ever been!

Can we lay off the salt? My god, I stopped getting the lamb because I thought it was too salty and now the chicken is just as salty. If I want electrolytes, Ill cop a Gatorade – dont need my food to supply it. The white sauce cant even save it anymore
Weve been taught better than to just flavor with just salt and pepper, literally all the other masalas are overpowered by salt
