I went there to get some samosas. While I was there I saw the Alloo Tikki and craving for it juts by the look. I order 1 naan and tikki to taste and it was cold like if you have something in the refrigeratorI was so disappointed. Upon taking to the server she said we made these in the morning and warmer is broken down. I insist to return and they refuse. Worse in customer service and food service. These type of thing people like to eat either fresh or atleast warm.
My wife and I are currently in the store, its clean and the people working there behaved very good, my wife got sweet two piece I ate one samosa and our total was 3.34$ only. We felt good
MY REVIEW IS PURELY BASED ON THE SWEETS SELECTION! We’ve been going to Niralla for years, after our go-to place for sweets closed their shop. Somehow we stumbled upon Niralla and they had the same taste we’d been craving. We have never eaten or ordered from the restaurant at all, so I cannot comment on anything to do with that side of the business (I cannot review food, taste, service, etc.). The location is a part of many nearby shops with different ethnic varieties, ample parking, and close to the highway. There is an abundance of sweets to choose from, many types of barfi, a few jalabees and ladoos, and much, much more! The sweets are delicious and decadent, mouth watering. I typically stop by Niralla to buy treats for family and friends as gifts and it’s always a huge hit! You will not be disappointed. Service is prompt and attentive by staff. Pricing is as expected for these desserts; weight is by the pound, not count. I’d recommend the sweets section of this business; my family and I always go back for more.

Disappointing Experience Poor Food Quality Overshadows All
Food Quality Severely Lacking
Stopped by Nirala after a refreshing morning walk, hoping to enjoy a classic Desi breakfast. Unfortunately, what we were served was extremely disappointing. The oil used across all itemspoori, bhatura, paratha, and even the jalebitasted old, overused, and borderline rancid. The heavy, burnt flavor completely ruined the dishes and made the meal feel greasy and unpleasant. It was clear the frying oil had not been changed in a long time.
️ Consistency in Issues
This wasnt a one-off problem with a single item. Every dish had the same stale-oil aftertaste, suggesting a larger issue in the kitchen. It raises serious concerns about food safety and attention to hygiene. For a place serving breakfast staples, this is simply unacceptable.
Only Positive Clean Restroom
The only thing worth mentioning positively was the bathroomit was surprisingly clean and well-kept, which stood in contrast to the poor food quality. Unfortunately, cleanliness in the restroom doesnt make up for the compromised food on the plate.
Overall Impression
Despite polite staff and a modest setup, the meal itself was a total miss. Springfield has several Desi spots that serve fresh, flavorful food. Based on this experience, Nirala isnt among themat least not right now. I wont be returning unless they seriously address their kitchen practices, especially how often they change their oil.
Niralla Sweets they have the best deshi vibe. Highly recommended for family. Theyre sweet and food is excellent.
THEY CHEAT
They cheat when you get to go buffet .
Please see the receipt and the food weight .
There got is $14.99 . They didnt have me half weight but charge for half weight .
Not fair
I just want to ad another time a guy weight my food and he charge me fair price this time a women over charge me .
So they have honest and dishonest employees.
Y’all need to seriously work on your food.
Flavors are not there. Falooda is so lame
I was disappointed
