This was my first time here. I was one of those people that called 15 min before closing to place an order. I had 75 questions, asked to make some things differently, blah blah blah. If that was me on the line with myself I probably would have rolled my eyes and said to myself, sorry we’re closed and hung up. Lol, I apologized 10 times. This sweet young lady Gina was awesome! Bent over backward for me. Such a pleasant soul and a beautiful young lady.
So I met her when I came in to pay. and also met a gentleman, Victor. Another wonderful, well-mannered young man. Happy to help me and chat with me while I waited. I had such an impressionable experience with these 2 individuals in the 10 minutes I was there that I would come back for that reason alone.
The food was ok. I only hope the owner or manager knows and appreciates the wonderful people they have representing their business.
Unfortunately, it’s not something consumers get to experience very often today. I just felt it necessary to shine the right light on them and say thank you for helping make my day end with a smile. You both are very much appreciated!

Horrible pasta place, gave me a stomach ache and tasted so bad. Would never go here. Idk why it has so many good reviews. It tastes like water.

I think music would improve the atmosphere, not a complaint, just a recommendation. LOVE all the fresh ingredients from Chef Antonio and Cosmo. We may be enemies as rival football fans (Cosmo-Inter, Antonio Milan), but thank you for sharing our heritage with the Valley in a fast-food quick-serving concept, MUCH better than Fazoli’s. Also GREAT that Pasta78 offers a rewards program to earn and redeem points in-store or online (money off an order): FORZA JUVE (e Italia )

I really wanted to like this place and was super excited to try it. The staff couldn’t hate their lives more and it shows. Pasta was undercooked and food was lukewarm at best. Very mediocre.

My first and last experience here this place is disgusting and on top of tht I had to run in and grab my breadsticks and wait another 6 min for something I paid for that they forgot to put in with my order! Overpriced dried out sauce and soggy store bought breadsticks this place is a joke

Currently eating it and it is absolutely disgusting. I cant even finish it. I got the BYO with sausage shrimp and mushrooms. Everything tastes like water. If you are a true foodie you know that means frozen now fresh! I also ordered 2 breadstick tastes like water as well and hard as a rock..absolutely would not recommend! And i want my money back! I want it give it no stars but it wouldnt let me leave a review if I didnt!

Excellent food and excellent service! The breadsticks are phenomenal and the chefs were kind and knowledgeable.
