Delicious hot chicken. Very well battered and tasty! Much prefer this to the other competitors down the street. Had to deduct 1 star for the stanky attitude from the girl at the front counter with the long braided hair. Super rude and dismissive. Then she had the audacity to turn the screen around and ask for a tip? lol.
Great restaurant – just needs to address the sassy cashier.
the employees are soooo rude and need to learn how to treat customers bye
The owners and management are so rude. They need better staff. Do not come here expecting good customer service!!!!!
This is our go to spot whenever we want hot chicken in the Arlington area. Despite the crazy Sunday rush, Janelle treated us with amazing service, recommendations, and continued to check in on us during our meal! Always a good time, good vibe, & the staff are even better people! Highly recommend! Well be back soon!
Great food and staff don’t underestimate the heat levels
The food is immaculate! But the place is FILTHY. Please please please clean the drink machine. I feel like im eating the best food ever out of a trashcan.
TL;DR
Great food, good service, terrible customers.
Ive been coming to this Arlington location for a few years now. Food is great and prices are even better. I love this spot because I get to support a local business while also having a great location to visit with friends, however I felt compelled to address something I’ve noticed during my visits and in many restaurant reviews: the often unfair treatment of service staff.
It’s easy to sit behind a keyboard and twist words or blow minor issues out of proportion, but we need to remember that these are people working hard, often under pressure. I’ve witnessed customers berating staff over things that are simply beyond their control. Of course your order for a family of 4 will take a while when you order during a lunch/dinner rush. And is it really worth causing a scene over a missing piece of chicken? Instead of resorting to arguments, how about politely requesting a resolution?
Ultimately, respect is a two-way street. Treat the workers with kindness and understanding, and you’re far more likely to receive the same in return. Let’s remember they’re human beings, not punching bags. They can only take so much before they start to match your energy. A little empathy can go a long way in making everyone’s dining experience more pleasant.
Great portion for your order. The staff is really friendly, and the atmosphere is alive. So far, this is the best Nashville chicken I’ve had around FWT.
Food started out good. Ate a bite of pudding and it had a piece of their cleaning cloth in it. Tossed everything in trash. Wasted my money on food that was contaminated. SMH
The chicken has a good flavor. I ordered mild spicy. The only thing I did not like is it was a little greasy. So were the fries. I’m thinking that since it was fresh and hot, they put it directly into the to go plate without draining more of the grease off. So it made it greasy. I will try it again and see if it’s better next time.
