The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional, she was on the phone the whole time and she NEVER acknowledged me from the minute I walked in until I checked out, kept talking on the phone and soon as she handed the receipt, she walked to the back.
Let me just say I will NEVER go back, you would expect a person to be courteous but not here.

This place makes the best chicken shawarma in Massachusetts hands down . The morrocan lady who makes the food is super nice . The place gets pretty busy so that’s probably the reason why the cashier may not seem friendly. I e never had an issue there and I go alot . The owner seems like a bit of an clown but other then that the place is great

Worst customer service ever! This message is for the cashier: I think they don’t pay you to talk on the phone!! they pay you to great customers right!! At least say hi back or thank you!
Why you take money from the customer like an idiot ( no eye contact no smile….. 0% customer service ) that’s rude!!

I haven’t been to this location in a few years !!! I walked in today the place was very clean, and stocked neatly and full, many varieties of everything u need in an Arabic store or European, also has many perfumes and oud and many other things! You won’t regret it , go in order some food to eat, while waiting shop and grab your fresh meat and groceries and then go sit down and enjoy your food!!! Keep it up !!!!
