Been here a few times. Unfortunately, the quality is like a roller coaster ride with its ups and downs. The first time it was excellent, the ingredients were fresh. The second time, it was terrible with the rice bowl tasting a bit stale. Probably they refrigerate the ingredients and use them. The chicken shawarma had a weird taste. I had a queasy feeling resulting in a stomach upset. After a few days, I tried this place one more time only because I like their menu. Poor quality again. Will not recommend.

I had a really great experience here! Big portions, solid quality ingredients, and it’s convenient. I recommend the Chicken Shawarma Rice Bowl! Well seasoned and tender chicken. Definitely try the eggplant and cauliflower too. Sooooo good, especially with the Tzatziki, Hummus, and Garlic Spread!
Staff here aren’t the nicest… but I’ll overlook it since they gave such genereous scoops of food. Thanks SAJJ!

Major health concerns! My friend and I ordered a falafel rice bowl. The soup had a fly inside. I took it to the counter, the person took the bowl out of my friends hand and threw out all of it without letting us take any pictures. Im sure the cctv can show this. They did show any respect or concerns for the quality of food; it must be contaminated.
After this, we noticed that one of the staff members brought the trash bin inside near the counter. The staff used the same hands without washing to touch the sauce bottles, do some stuff around the counter and left the trash bin near the counter and food.
This seems very unhygienic and should be taken care of. This is not expected from such a chain.
This happened between 8:30-9PM on 4/4/25 in case it needs to be checked and confirmed.

Used to frequent every few months the past few years and food is always delicious, however, I could barely finish an entire rice bowl and my wife could never finish but now we both finished it and I was still hungry. The portions are definitely much smaller now.
