I want to share my experience with the Shams market.
A few weeks ago, my family and I went to Shams Market for lunch. I ordered Kabob, and just two minutes later, another group came in and ordered the same dish. Surprisingly, they received their order before me. I asked the cashier what was going on, and he used the walkie-talkie to check. Eventually, he found out that my order had been mistakenly given to the other group. He apologized, and I said, Thats okay, not a problem. We are human beings mistakes happen.
But today, I had an even more disappointing experience. I went back and ordered Kabob again. We waited for 20 minutes, and just like last time, people who came after us received their food before us. I went to the cashier, his name was Edris and when he checked, it turned out to be the exact same mistake again.
This time, I was upset. I left the restaurant without saying anything.
What I want to say is this: I dont recommend this place to anyone when there is no proper management, no good service, and no respect for customers.
Do respect get respect.

Shams Market’s food is the worst quality in Sacramento. It’s all stale and smelly. Please stay away from this restaurant.

Drove from long distance to get the usual good Kabab but the quality of Kabab is dramatically changed and had the worst Kabab I have ever had.
If it continues like this I am sure they will no longer have that waiting line for Kabab. Not recommending to anyone

just want to warn, don’t buy the Dubai chocolate bar they sell in the green wrapper.. it’s nothing like the picture. For $12 you get the thinnest bar with dry thinnest layer of what is supposed to be the filling, you would expect it to be at least twice the thickness, see picture, you decide

I try not to leave bad reviews. But this grocery store is filthy, unorganized, I couldn’t find what I was looking for and got no help from the staff. Won’t be here too much longer if they stay like this.

Feedback on Our Recently visited at Shams Market
Well, well, after a long time, we finally went back there. The guy gave our order to someone else, so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Waiting 30 minutes is nothing, but the kebab they brought us tasted old and bad.
Just wanted to share our experience.

Called 8pm before going in they said yes have kebab come when arrived they said no we dont have kebab they responded I dont care you called or whatever. That voice tone made me disappointed you guys need to learn customer service

Zero % customer service! Nothing is good at all. The guy in charge of the grill or I better say Kabob is very impolite, unprofessional and rude, another short guy came up there I thought he would be better but they are all just rude and unethical. He laterally sent my food to another person although I was waiting right in front of him, if you carry food they will switch it with the cold ones super bad service
