This place really exceeded my expectations. I had the Lamb Chettinad, which had great and complex flavor and was really one of the best dishes I’ve had at any Indian places in this area. My wife had a bowl with butter chicken, palak paneer, and a third curry I can’t remember. The “make your own” combo is a fun twist and works surprisingly well, with the different curries not really bleeding into each other. She said all three were excellent. I have the chettinad at a “medium” spice level, which packed a respectable and flavorful heat, more than many other places’ mediums. The only downside of the mixed bowls is those curries are not ala carte so you can’t modify the spice on those specific items. The place isn’t much on ambiance, but is perfectly nice, spacious, and clean. We will definitely be coming back here!
Big portions, great price. Was hoping it would be a big spicier but they know their target audience in the area! The make your own bowl is a nice way to try a few dishes all together. Will definitely be coming back!
