Poor customer service especially this little guy ..the other day I was calling him for help he was on his phone texting he was ignoring me…I don’t go there anymore
Great prices! Fresh ginger for $1.99 lb when Publlix is selling it for over $5 /lb??? Fresh mint, eggplant, veggies. daikon….
Wonderful produce and all kinds of Indian packaged spices, jarred curry, masala, etc….
So much fun to wander the aisles and imagine the meals you can make.
Groceries and veggies are great. But the last 2 times we bought chikoo shake on 2 different times, both were gone bad and sour. We even brought it back to ask the second time,we were told the chikoo shake does not have any yogurt and only milk. And it was in the freezer hence thick and we should shake it before drinking. But we can tell the difference when the milk has gone bad in the shake. We also called again to let them know that the remaining shakes in their store might have gone bad as well, but they just said yeah it might be and thank you for calling. Customer service was not helpful in this matter.
Im extremely disappointed with the goat meat I purchased today. The meat was clearly not fresh it had a strange odor and looked dry and discolored even before cooking. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but to my shock, even after 15 whistles in the pressure cooker, the meat was still not properly cooked. This is completely unacceptable.
Not only did it waste my time and effort, but it also ruined my meal plans for the day. Ive been buying meat regularly and have never faced this kind of issue before. If this is the level of quality being sold now, I will definitely not be returning as a customer.
Freshness and quality are the bare minimum anyone expects, and sadly, that expectation was not met today. Highly disappointed.
