Going to Umrah with Tarteel has truly been the best decision Ive ever made. I had been considering them for a long time, and after seeing so much positive feedback, I finally decided to take the chance, and Im so glad I did.
Everything was perfectly organized down to the smallest detail, from flights and train rides to hotel arrangements. The team was very informative and answered every question with patience and care. During the sightseeing trips, we were given the historical and spiritual background of each place, which made the experience even more meaningful.
One of the best parts was staying at a five-star hotel which was just 12 minutes away from the Haram, which was very convenient. The Tarteel team was always on time, highly professional, and clearly passionate about making sure everyone had the best Umrah experience possible and because of this we were able to truly focus on our ibadah while they took care of all the important logistics. For the sisters, we were blessed to have Sister Abeer accompany us. She is one of the most genuine and sweetest people Ive ever met, and her presence made the experience even more special.
Every member of the Tarteel Travels team was exceptional ! They were very dedicated, caring, and committed to providing the best spiritual journey possible. I couldnt have entrusted my Umrah to better people. Thank you to the entire Tarteel team for making this a truly unforgettable and spiritual experience.

This was my very first umrah and so, I was both excited and nervous because I didn’t know what to expect but as time went on, Tarteel Travel put my mind at ease with answering any questions that I had, big or small. They were very patient and very knowledgeable Mashallah. My family and I were very well taken care of from the moment we stepped out of the airport and were greeted by one of their staff members and taken on the bus to our hotel. Tarteel travel made my first umrah one I will never forget.

I recently completed my first umrah with
Tarteel Travel, and my family and I had a great time. We were in safe hands all throughout the umrah. The Madinah and Mecca programs were well planned, and I learned a lot from both instructors. For the sisters side, sister Abeer did an amazing job leading us and answering all our questions. All on the ground logistics were executed as planned. The bus was comfortable and well air conditioned. I was also happy with the team that picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The hotels were located in super convenient locations that made it easy to access the Haram. The breakfast options at the hotels were amazing. I appreciated the excursions we went on, such as the camel riding, date farm, and all the educational opportunities. I like how small details such as the Quran recitation and nasheeds during drives awakened our spirits.

I was referred to join Tarteel by my cousin Asma, who also joined them for her first Umrah about two years ago. She highly praised them, and i can now attest to her praise masha Allah.
Tarteel has given a top tier experience of a lifetime. From the arrival flights to the departure, they have been accessible in every step to the ensure a smooth ride, masha Allah. It was my very first trip not only for Umrah, but outside of America. It was concerning going out there on my own, but everyone, from my roommates to the tour guides, have been extremely comforting and supportive masha Allah. In Madina, the sisters had a guide by the name Abeer, who was so kind and loving in her voice and communication masha Allah. The main tour guide was by brother Fouad, who was just kind and welcoming masha Allah. They built such a strong bond with us in just a few days that upon leaving Madina to Mecca, Sister Abeer gave us a small present, and the Brother Fouad recited a whole poem on the bus before letting us go. It almost felt like leaving home again and going on a new journey, both of which were infact true. Both Medina and Mecca were not only journeys of a lifetime, but the bonds we created felt right at home.
In both Medina and Mecca, we had so many toured sight seeings, with detailings of the historical significance of each place. From Mountain Uhud, to the grave where 70 martyred Sahabas are buried in the battle of Uhud, Mashid Quba, the Rawdhah, Mountain of Arafah, Mountain AlNoor, etc. We also went to two museums that had visual presentations of historical story telling, which did a great job bringing the whole journey to life masha Allah.
We also had other cultural tours like the Camel farm where i drank my very first fresh camel milk, to the date farm where i bought several boxes of Ajwa dates, and King Fahad complex where they print and stamp original copies of the Quran from Madina. We were then gifted a free copy of newly printed Qurans masha Allah
Tarteel did an amazing job in balancing guided tours and allotting enough free time masha Allah. Every other day was dedicated to you, which was greatly helpful if you just wanted to stay in the masjid to read the quran or for tahajud overnight till fajir, do multiple Umrahs, shopping, or even do your own sight seeing around the city. Time flies in general, but especially when youre traveling masha Allah. However , somehow there was SOOOO MUCH BARAKAH filled in less than two weeks, that i felt i managed to accomplish WAY More than i came for Alhamdulillah!!! I must add, the location of the two hotels we stayed at made it soooo much possible to squeeze in all the ibadah you needed since both locations were right across from both masjids!!! Wallahi that was the best part for me, i went there to milk every moment i could with ibadah, and being right across from both masjids, and the masjids being 24/7, made the WORLD of a Difference!!! Youd have to admit to yourself that you then had absolutely NO excuse but to take advantage such an amazing opportunity wallahi.
The hotels were amazing masha Allah. Best part was that both hotels were RIGHT across from the masjid. Second best is the breakfast, which was so vast in variety and portions, that itll keep you full for the whole day masha Allah. They had both breakfast and lunch style meals served during breakfast, along with delicate deserts, a large fruit bar, and soups Just when my roommates and i thought we were going to miss Medinas breakfast, Mecca came even greater in variety, along with the most spectacular view of the Haram! Luxury at its best masha Allah!
The trip was wrapped up with an amazing farewell dinner that bid us farewell, masha Allah.
Great trip, would totally join Tarteel again masha Allah, and refer to more family members insha Allah.
