We ordered and got stuck in traffic for about 45 minutes and when we arrived they had sold our order without calling and were incredibly rude when we complained about our order being sold. When they made our next order they tried to give us raw meat, and not for the first time. Incredibly disappointed as weve always supported this Albanian business. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The quebab are still good along with the salad, however the beans soups today were to watery and hardly any flavor,the goulash was not a goulash but a beef soup. They are starting to cut corners

Best Albanian Restaurant in NY! Every time my husband and i visit NY from FL we not only make it a priority to enjoy lunch there but we call a few days in advance and order Sausage to take back home with us! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Always a great experience! Just make sure you have cash on you! Arthur Ave only likes cash, cash is king
