I used banquet hall for party food was decent waitresses not bad i have to guide them on everything they couldn’t do by themselves and, they asked me tip said they were 7 waitresses this one they lied me they were only 3, they lied for tip money, and stage rug was very dirty smelled bad. My opinion is when you do parties their make sure count how many waitresses are working there
I ordered 100 cups tea for take out, they gave me in a container without cups and, no sugar this is ridiculous i bought cups and sugar cost more money for tea.

Usually they are okay with their service but today even after 1 hour wait they could not give us food. Waste of time! Management needs to step up.

The service is very slow. Weve been waiting for 30 minutes just for one tea, which is really disappointing. In the USA, time is very important people cant afford to waste so much time waiting for something so simple. We came around 45 PM, which is not even an odd time when they might be short on service or stock. This kind of delay shows poor service quality and needs serious improvement.
