So I have actually eaten at quite a few of these chains, and this one has the best quality of food that I have encountered. They make their food right.
Many of the reviews below are out of line. Ex: if a food delivery app gig worker steals the food, that’s on the app and their low quality gig workers, not the restaurant.
Granted, I’ve probably been to about 10 of these in NYC, so maybe the quality is different here, but my impression is that this is one of the better ones, and personally they have the best chicken that I have had from this chain.
edit: the response is clearly AI though. Demeaning, really. We’re humans living in a society.

Texas chicken and burgers is one of my favorite chicken spots. Unfortunately I havent been to the store because I always use a food delivery service after work but the flavor of the chicken is unmatched. I personally think its better than Popeyes and KFC. I have eaten from here over 200 times and not once was I disappointed.

I ordered two burgers and fries. I opened the box to see absolutely no fries. Unbelievable. You dont pay all this money for food to have missing items. Please pay attention.

This place is literally thee worst! Every time I come here I have to order whatever they have left and they dont close for hours!. I can never get the fiery wings nor the fried shrimp basket. The lady there at night with accent is rude very poor customer service. Is there not a manager there and if so what are you paying them for? They do what they want at this location. Fries was fresh though
