Food is great but the service is horrible.
Imagine placing an order for pick up through Uber Eats at 2:25pm, leaving Brooklyn and getting there at 2:55pm when I got the message my order was ready, only to realize that not only was my order not ready, they hadnt even started and the staff kept lying saying its being worked on.
To prove a point I also joined the very long line TWICE to order in person and the staff told me my online order is almost complete and theres no need to order through the line.
Eventually I waited almost 2hrs inside trinciti waiting on my order after seeing so many customers join the line and leave long before I got my order.
They completely lacked any sort of operational experience and capabilities to manage online/kiosk and in person orders all at once.
My recommendation to Trinciti is to figure this out as youre causing more frustration than intended with your supposed convenience which ends up being a great inconvenience.

My only complaint is a long line every time, but that means the food is worth the wait. Not just for me but for everyone. My go to dishes are the doubles, beef or chicken roti, pholourie w the tamarind sauce and the bake and shark is FLAVORFUL. If you can stand the heat, plenty plenty Peppa!!! My husband loves the currant rolls. Just don’t get your taste buds craving on a Monday because they’re closed. Thank you for the most delicious food Trinciti!

People just keep in mind that in this country it is illegal to charge a fee on debit card. What this establishment and other businesses is doing is illegal. Google it, only credit cards should be charged a fee. Ask your accountant.

Ever since they got awards. They have fell short and over priced. $21 bake and Shark is a waste of money. It honestly disgusting they are charging that and its only to impress the mediocre ppl that never had Roti before. Its literally empty now because they soul out. You better just go to Singhs! The bake and shark is bland and the pineapple wasnt even ripe. Never again.

Go early. Line get long
